Cathy L. Palm, MBA, Executive Director of Tully Hill Treatment & Recovery has been reelected to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) for a three year term.  NAATP is an association of substance use disorder treatment organizations in the USA as well as outside the United States.

The NAATP Board of Directors is comprised of 25 individuals who serve in executive-level leadership of entities that provide either direct Substance Use Disorder (SUD) service (Provider Members) or support such services (Supporter Members). Each organization has demonstrated a commitment to the greater good of the addiction treatment community, the patients we serve, and the NAATP Mission to provide leadership, advocacy, training, and member support services to ensure the availability and highest quality of addiction treatment. Candidates are considered for board service based on education, training, experience, expertise, and demonstrated commitment to NAATP Mission and Values. The NAATP Board is the governing body of the association providing oversight and vision for NAATP’s professional staff.   

Ms. Palm has served the organization since 2000, and is a past Board Chair.   She also serves on the Finance Committee and was appointed to the NAATP Enhanced Ethics Compliance and Consumer Protection Initiative. Ms. Palm is also a trustee of the NAATP PAC committee.

Cathy Palm has served as the Executive Director for Tully Hill Chemical Dependency Treatment Center since 1996. Ms. Palm is one of 7 founding board members actively involved since 1989. Under her leadership, a 2.2 million dollar capital campaign raised 1.6 million dollars which enabled Tully Hill Corporation to purchase their current facilities on October 31, 2003. Ms. Palm is also a founding board member of the Tully Hill Foundation, which raises funds exclusively for the Tully Hill Corporation. Ms. Palm continues to provide leadership to meet the challenges of a dynamic healthcare marketplace. Ms. Palm currently serves on the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) Board of Directors, where she has served since 2000. She was elected Chair of the NAATP Board in May 2009 to 2011. She also serves on the NAATP PAC Board.
