Tully Hill’s Outpatient Program and Services include Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient levels of care. Our IOP program encompasses a minimum of nine (9) hours of treatment weekly and, as with our Outpatient level of care, features group process and educational sessions directed by our credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counselors (CASACs).
By combining individual one-on-one sessions with group therapy sessions, and maintaining regular patient attendance and participation, our Outpatient treatment program for each and every patient develops a strong personal recovery within a network of sober community supports.
Our IOP and Outpatient treatment objectives and goals include overcoming barriers to treatment; placing symptoms of substance use disorders in the context of corresponding behavioral health problems; identifying triggers to substance use and coping with cravings; understanding relapse and using tools to prevent it; and establishing, developing, and maintaining sober support systems including participation in appropriate 12-Step programs.
NEW! At Tully Hill – Intensive Outpatient Ancillary Withdrawal Service for Opioid Dependence
Effective November 9, 2020, Tully Hill will provide an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Ancillary Withdrawal Service for opioid dependence. Our new ancillary withdrawal service is designed to treat individual opioid dependent patients’ levels of medical and clinical severity; to achieve safe and comfortable withdrawal from opioids; and to effectively facilitate patients’ transition into our IOP program. We provide daily assessments of progress during detoxification and execute any treatment changes required per those assessments
Patients receiving this service will have been evaluated and found suitable for our IOP level of care and will commit to the service’s defined policies, procedures, and protocols governing its delivery by our medical director and trained medical and clinical staff.
